May Programs at Fitness Works for Women

Fitness Works for Women offers specialty fitness classes, FREE for first-timers.  Open 7 days a week, the gym caters to women of all ages and fitness level.

Programs running this May:

Step Aerobics Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm, Saturdays at 10:30am

Essentrics, Aging Backwards – Tuesday and Thursdays at 10:30 am

BLT (Butt, Legs, and Tummy Total Body) – Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm

Restorative Pilates – Tuesday at 8:30 pm

Restorative Yoga – Wednesdays at 7:30 pm

Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Thursdays at 9:20 am

Pilates – Saturdays at 11:30am
